Well I've worked on farms, I've seen inside an abbatoir and I still eat meatI agree that people should be better informed about where their food comes from but I don't think greater understanding of the field-to-plate-process would alter their choices much one way or the other.

you're coming from the opposite side to who this is aimed at thougha startling number of people have no concept of where their food comes from or what is done to it to make it in to Mr Men shaped processed meat slices. This is about re-educating, not scaring off. Although if it does encourage people to eat less then its a bonus.
