I really like the dashboard bloom.Neon on dark is win all by itself. But what are you driving through, and why is it so motion blurry but the interior shot is so clean? Neat image.

The camera isn't moving in relation to the caroutside is countryside passing me at 50mph with an exposure set to 8 seconds
