Nurses were the fucking best people in the fucking world mate....
there was a little latino nurse where i wassister toledo. used to call her holy toledo, it really pissed her off! she was a right little ball of mental, but a damn good nurse.

There was every nationality and colour you could think of where I was, two different hosptials because of transfer for operation,All the nurses at every level and all the catering staff and cleaners that came on the ward were all briiliant at every level, and all went out of there way to put a smile on your face and make you feel happy,
Can't praise them highly enough the were amazing...
With that I'm off for a sit down..!!

You didn't have the same people I did then...After pretty radical ankle surgery, the nurses taking out my stitches were too busy planning where to get pissed and forgot to cut the knots off, pulled the big knot halfway through the 4" wound before they noticed I was covered in sweat...

After the original accident the ambulance men thought I was dead and didn't check.They were somewhat surprised when I told them to get a fucking stretcher.
