His name is Harold Camping.He's an evangelical preacher from the US, who stirred up quite a few religious nutjobs around the world due to his predictions that the world would end, starting with yesterday's removal to heaven of all true believers. Since it apparently failed to happen, he's become something of a figure of fun on the internet.
