I know a couple of graphice designers, and it is an ongoing, pot-of-gold type ambition of theirs to get something like that past the client.Nobody of my acquaintance has managed it yet.
To be fair though they get some surprisingly positive responses from clients, along the 'nice try, now piss off and give me the sensible options' lines.
