Pfffft.
Nothing in this universe is better than Con Air, except cheese and maybe sausages.

I have a close friend who is a avid cinema go-er and has conventionally good taste in film
who feverishly believes Con Air is a cinematic masterpiece and that Nicholas Cage hasn't ever made a bad film...

I have to admit I had no fucking clue until about a year ago that he was anything to Coppola
Which made me realise why he still makes film and gets paid.
He was fine in Kick Ass but no better than that.

Bad Lieutenant was a good film
but the original was a better film and it's a good role which he didn't play any differently to how it has been played before...

Usual phrase to employ:
"I'll give you that fiver back when Simon West wins the Best Director Oscar"

Laura Croft was a g..
I can't bring myself to finish that sentence.
He's currently producing "Night of the Living Dead: Origins (3D)" so... one to put in the calendar

I'm afraid you're wrong, Msr Futtock. It was the cinematic equivalent of visiting one's decrepid grandparents
without even the knowledge that at least you'd get a few quid at the end when they cark it.
