Good for you and stick at it.......I'm smoking a cigerete right now, but have the nicotine nasal spray right at the side of the ash tray staring at me, just trying to focus my mind and take the plunge for my 3rd attempt at stopping, this time I will succeed, each time I failed was because I ran out of the spray because of mistakes with the forms to get it...
