I don't see what people are moaning about.

I know it it a picture he just found. but he has added the toap...
And there are loads of other entries in the challenge, that are just pictures of a road sign, that people have just found, and added toap to that the same as he has..
People are't going 'Oh you found that picture of that road sign on the internet and just put toap on it'

Yeah but, all Jabells has done has put a crappy border on it and tried to type.

I mean, at least most of the guys here have put a bit of effort into it.

I agree it's not the most complex bit of photoshopping I'v ever seen ;-) and I wouldn't click it myself
