Sorry. But people need to be told.

I'm just about to watch a repeat of Come Dine With Me on More 4, to help wean me off food even more.

(I think I'm such a clever clogs, but in private I watch some utter garbage on telly, while loftily telling people things like: "Oh, I only watch Newsnight, Match of the Day and Shooting Stars.")
