Might be a wind up. Anagura Mogura does a type of Manga called Dojinshi, often seen as homage type work, but most like 'what if' style fan fiction. It then (as tends to happen) became cartoon character porn.
In it's original form though it was often suggested that the true artists sometimes passed of their actual work as Dojinshi. Maybe this apparent eejit is a fake front account (Dojinshi account for Dojinshi?)
