EDIT although I think I have a bone to pick with the TV series, as it would seem that as soon as the book publishers got a whiff of the TV deal they promptly suspended all book releases to cash in on the profile from the telly, resulting in the fact that while Vol 4 was released in paperback in 2006, Vol 5 is still only available in hardback.
