the trick is not to tryrelax your eyes and let them defocus. it's a lot easier when your tired.

I have the same problem with those Magic Eye paintingsmaybe because I'm a busdriver I have to keep my eyes moving all day long for any potential hazards I find it really difficult relaxing my eyes.
