I really don't think Moggy is one of us... If it were, then that individual would have had to set up LOADS of accounts on different sites. It just seems like too much effort for a cheap gag. My opinion is, Moggy IS a Japanese girl, who probably has ties with English-speaking people (relatives?).

While she is generally good company, and she's obviously talentedI think she has to catch up quite fast to fully fit in here. She's definitely improving, just very slowly.
