it looks like my computer is finally dying. it's really fucked up. i've got another one in the pipeline, but it may take a while to get(unless my mate hurries it up) sorted. until then, it looks like i may have to be offline for a while :(

i can use mum's laptop when i'm there, but as it's small, i can only go on it for half an hour before i get a massive headache

Mate of mine had one, started off using it for films on special occasions, then all TV, then computers. Very odd seeing someone check their email on a screen the size of wall

and the kids generally didn't turn up
so i used to watch films on the projector for about 2 hours.

i had a computer that was pretty much fucked
then i took the hard drive out and now just use a linux mint live CD. works better than ever :D

burn this onto a CD
mirror.sov.uk.goscomb.net/linuxmint.com/stable/11/linuxmint-11-lxde-cd-32bit.iso
put it in the CD drive and restart the computer
and everything should be nice and shiny
