It does scroll sideways easier.But the refreshing of the page loads to display the entire image so everything else gets squashed up to the left hand side.....
And the iPad is my mothers, I got it her for her 60th (so I can rob it when I visit to use the interweb)
I got my daughter one for her 7th birthday a few weeks back, and I have a knackerd iPhone 3GS and gas powered laptop!
iPads are handy things for browsing, but really useless for anything else, games are clumsy.
