i was going to replay it on hard at a future date but thought the exact same thing
it was a good game, but not as good as i expected. i would have liked an option to leave weapons in a safe or some shit so you wouldn't have to keep dropping stuff. it was well worth the 20 quid though.

I may at some point get The Missing Link, but it's completely separate from the main game which annoys me.
Plus, the setting makes no sense. At no point did I think he had some wacky adventure while asleep in that canister.
I'm sure you can drop any item anywhere and it's always where you left it.
I sure hope they do another full game or at least a better dlc.

i dunno if i'll bother downloading any dlc if it comes out, i didn't even know about the current one.
and yeah, you can leave a gun and collect it, but at times that means sprinting half way back across the map to get it, or not at all because you can't go back to a different areas.

yeah ya right
also, being able to jump from one location to another at any point would've added alot to the game
now I wanna play the fucking thing again

Its fun but, the boss fights are stupid. I don't spend half an hour creeping around tasering people just so i can be locked in a room with some fat bastard who can take twenty bullets to the face with no ill effect.

Yes, intensely annoying the first time you play it.
If you've been all stealthy up to this point, being locked in a room with a hard-as-nails fucktard is fucking ridiculous.
But, if you use the Typhoon a couple of times you can take them out pretty easily, the first boss will go down if you use the typhoon and throw barrels at him.
But yes, the boss fights aren't actually needed, I'd rather have another complex to explore. Apparently the boss fights were outsourced to another company.

I hid in a corner cloaked
and threw mines at them until they left me alone.

David Bowie influenced game, surprisingly good and Deus Exesque.
