But copyright? Abuse of the takedown system, no contest.
I think this is a fantastic example of why parody should explicitly be permitted.
Also consider: Pingu's THE THING is a pretty small production, but stuff like Robot Chicken and Family Guy would also be eligible and deserving of explicit protection.
