But yeah, use open dns instead if you dinnae trust google, it's not like google already have script on half the pages of the internet... oh wait.

but then there are ways to block much of that stuff with your own DNS variations of the AdBlock idea.
I'm not paranoid... I just don't like advertisers knowing too much about me. (Opens new page to Amazon to buy something.... ARF!!)
As to "restarting a PC" vs "changing DNS settings". Yeah - you and I know where to find them and fix them in a blink of an eye. You ain't seen how stupid my clients are!!
