a few tools, but it would actually run on a spectrum emulator.
Infact it would only require 3/4 of a spectrum's screen - 10+ years of supposed game developing enhancement and they deliver: Pokémon.
I think it's just laziness really, there were some late GameGear games which graphically surpass many current GBA titles, but still...
