
I just got a letter from the CEO of my employer telling me there would be no payrise this year.
But offering to take a pay freeze is meant to be one of my negotiating options in the ongoing redundancy process.
Does that mean he just interfered with the redundancy consultation?

is that they're not allowed to replace you for at least 6 months in Australia.
