yay! thanks both of you :D :Dfound it quite intuitive to use... pestered him into getting the touch version & it's a bit.. err touchy & maybe oversensitive.. only gripe is the pen forgets where you think you are quite a bit & bit of a lag to catch up/scrawls across the screen?
edit: & having done loads of stuff in PSElements (& it links straight into that) i haven't had to learn new toolkits etc.. freebase was done on 3 layers
