That is a stunningly well shot bird. From listening to cyclists, Boris seems to even have dropped the ball on that avenue. I'm an American, so I can't speak from experience. I can say that much of what happens in high up places has to do with how wealthy the people are that are telling them what to do. Us little folks don't have much leverage unless we organize. There's hope, maybe.
