To think, I walked within mere tens of metres of the hallowed balcony when I was in Hamburg!
I have to laugh at the charming view off to the side of the balcony...I seem to recall quite a lot of people living rough around there, so maybe that's what he's so smug about.
Edit: According to a sign in front of the building, it's occupied by HanseMerkur, an insurance company, so it may be difficult to gain access to the balcony.
