I like Cornwall. Last time I was down there people smoked openly in pubs. Redruth/Truro.This was only a couple of years ago. They really didn't give a shit.

Probably depends where you go I'm guessingnot been in a pub for about 8 years, but used to find plenty of lock-ins at little locals on our hols, top nights :)
