I wouldn't at first...but then when we were trying to sell our housethey said they would apply to the court for the cash plus costs deducted from the sale.Even to the point of preventing the sale.(wasn't sure if they could or not)After lots of aggro decided to just pay it and move on.It would have just kept climbing otherwise.In hindsight I should have let them take me to court and offer them a fiver a month...after all I had a family to raise..judge may have thrown the claim out :)
