Yer I like indian theme for curry, I love chinese food but hate all oriental curries I'v tried,I do agree about your fruit though, apple and sultanas in curry is just wrong,
I used habaneros sauce at lot. love to put some in my home made burgers... I'v yet to experience the ghost though!
