Bet it uploaded just fine thoughI have done things that were 'quite large' and they are always problematic when I'm trying to upload them, so my advice was to make it smaller.
With no 100% quality your picture weighed in at 240k as a jpg compared to 400 and whatever you had.
It seemed like a helpful solution but I guess the people from /talk know all about compression.
