I never called the Scots the scum of the Earthbut I will call Salmond a proven liar, and his economic plans based on unrealistic extrapolations of revenue from oil and gas, followed by grossly unrealistic estimates of revenue from wind and hydroelectric. Believe me, I come from a family of Scots nationalists; these days I think only one of my uncles would support independence and quite possibly not even him.
I've voted Lib Dem pretty much every election, and I've already said they can move into a lot of the ground the SNP occupy. On politics not linked with the SN part of their name I'm fine with them.
