last year i was working in a cabin that had been closed for the winter and we noticed there was a funny smell coming from the stovewhen we opened it up there were 5 or 6 dead starlings in various states of decay. fucking grim. we cleaned them up with a spade and threw them into the woods but then my co-workers dog went and fetched them back.
