I imagine they will, and nothing will change. we will just keep bouncing back and forth between the two failuresnothing good will happen until an entirely new party gets a go (unless its UKIP or something) and they won't be able to make any changes in one term of power, so they'll be kicked out as a failure the Tories/Labour will come back in and claim the successes that the new party had implemented.
And so it goes on.
