
a new doctor at my local practice told me i was fit for work, he saw no reason why i'd need major reconstructive surgery and, when i told him i was currently having physio for muscular problems with my neck and shoulders, he said "well, that's not true, is it?" if i'd had someone else with me, i'd have sued the fuck out of that fucking fishmitten

Last year she was diagnosed with a form of skin cancer. She has to go for treatment 3 days a week but 6 months ago they decided she was fit for work and cancelled her sickness benefit. Even though they don't give her a penny they still expect her to have an ATOS assessment every 2 months or so. I won't let her go, it's too stressful. Thankfully I've got a few bob so we manage OK but I weep for the poor sods who can't get by. So cruel. I do hope Iain Duncan-Smith cops cancer and not a nice kind.

I've had to beat them in a tribunal, with a judge and senior clinician presiding.
They often don't even read the information sent by claimants.
People like Duncan-Smith only care about themselves, going for easy targets.
Just pray you never have to claim for mental illness.
