quite easy movement blur at 45 for 1 frame on each side of the solid head frame for 0.1 seconds.

I'm kind of blind.
I forgot who it was. somebody who did a crop circle gag, and I asked them what filter they used to get the indented effect and they wouldn't tell me, the little anal gland.
