Not comfortable with that at allProbably because my belief is that the source footage is genuine snuff? Putting Mickey's head on someone being murdered by the bastards that are IS is extremely grim. Also, it gives them the oxygen of publicity, albeit in an altered form, but still makes light of a barbarous act.
