Zika Olympics
If a bond-type villain wanted to spread a virus over the entire population of the planet in as short a time as possible, the Zika Olympics is what they would probably take advantage of.
It is not as though it is unproven either: look at the Spanish Flu outbreak after the first world war. We alreaedy have human-to-human transmission of the virus.
Even the W.H.O. said in effect; 'Oh, it'll be alright.' Look how right they were with Ebola when MSF were trying to draw attention to it in the early stages.
The drug companies must be rubbing their hands together in exactly the same way that the gun companies do in the USA, every time there is a mass killing.
