1) hue/sat: match the saturation of the two images
2) color balance: match the mids, then shadows, then highlights. If you don’t feel confident judging it by eye, use the histograms as a guide
3) levels: match the brightness and contrast using levels
2) and 3) can be swapped around if that’s better for you
Once you’re done, touch up with the hue slider in hue/sat if necessary, and with the brightness/contrast slider.
