you just resize, duplicate a few times, resize again, and repeat. start at the back and work forwards and you're done in no time!

That's probably how I would have done it if I'd thought about it, I guess I didn't think that they would be so evenly spaced in the original. But then I guess they probably would have wanted to save time when they did the original too.
