A computer made it.
I also think that these images have mind-control intentions, with fuzzy imagery, obscure placement, and dark story lines. Not to mention the demonic meat-face 'humans' it produces. Weird, weird stuff.

Yes it's weird stuff, but if you bear in mind that it's all solely a product of human imagination and ingenuity, that gives it an interesting context from my perspective.
Some of the results definitely appear nightmarish or just plain alien, but from the imagined perspective of the AI it's just a reflection of what it's been given to work with.
We made this. And we're afraid of it. That's interesting to me.

Still, I can’t exactly tag it and call it my own. I might give the computer (“pencil”) an idea, but it wasn’t my hand that actually made it. And there lies the problem.
