Yeah you are confused,as by international law there is no onus on a refugee to stop at the first safe country they arrive at, quite the opposite in fact. And before you suggest international law shouldn't affect our special British sovereignty, remember that we made those international laws. Winston Churchill's most treasured legacies and all that.
