:oOne day, while Gormless was enjoying a fly, he felt a sharp pain in his mouth. His braces had broken, and he couldn't close his mouth. He visited the dentist, but the braces were too complicated to fix with regular dental tools. The dentist had to use a sturdy pair of pliers to remove them, leaving Gormless's teeth even more crooked than before.
