ActuallyMythbusters proved that a lead balloon can get airborne. The main problem wasn't the weight, but the fragility of the lead. Same principle applies to a Zeppelin, you just need enough internal volume to lift the given weight, but if a gnat farts near it, it will tear open a hole. /actually.
