I work with propellers...Someone dropped a prop once and fucked it up.
We named a ficticious 'drop test' after him.
Someone, a long time previous, dropped 2 off of his lorry...so another 'test' name was created.

NOTE..These accidents are very few and far between, and the customer always gets full replacement parts if anything like this happens. Accidents happen, and measures are made to prevent re-occurences.
