Unless you're lucky with a very even background... I had the same problem with a ladder. In the end I got pissed off and ballsed it all up, had a tantrum and chainsmoked a packet of fags. It's probably easier to draw one yourself. :)

duplicate the layer.
whack up the contrast till it's practically b&w.
magic wand a black bit.
invert the selection.
go back to original layer, with selection still active.
cut it out.
not bad considering i'm a little mashed.

that's a nice idea, i've got silver on a pale blue sky so it might just work...

Everheard of state-dependant memory? It's where if you learn something in a paticula motional state, you're better at reembering it if you get back there.
I think i might have been drunk when i l;earnt photoshop!
