splendid!i just wear contacts and ordinary sunglasses, but you get sand in your eyes with that :(

I have luvverlyphoto-chromatic(?) lenses - only tested them in the sun once so far, cos it was pissing down when I got them yesterday.

put them in the fridgeand leave them on a windowsill when you aren't wearing them and the photochromatic stuff works better. And NEVER get tooth paste on them cos it'll kill the photochromaticy stuff. FACT

i don't know why toothpaste ruins them but it does.the fridge/windowsill thing works cos they react to light and cold and they improve the longer they are exposed to either. if you go out on a really cold day, they'll go dark.

I don't get on wellwith contacts as I don't have enough tears in my eyes, apparently. (still have them, just don't wear them often or for long)
