Start of small, so if your boss tells we 'Woo, we just got this new contract!', reply back with, 'Thats nice, but Im sure it will have very little long term impact on my life'.
Eventually, it will be second nature to tell work colleagues they are sad little germs, who's worth to humanity is negligible.
