At risk of sounding like a cunt, might I suggest a slight pause at the top and bottom of the arc to give it a more realistic rock..?

so hard to get it right and just couldn't. i think it would need many more frames to get it right, otherwise it just looks like it gets stuck. also it gives you more time to notice the sea isn't moving.
