Sounds like the pc conversion of the old 80's arcade gameSo you should be able to pick it up on an emu site.
Or try abadonware sites-they specialise in ancient pc games.
Beware though, old dos-based pc games often are hell to get to run under newer os's because they look for conventional memory and don't even recognise extended ram.
It's easier to gor for the emu option.

i've got loads of olddos games and most of 'em still work.
for the ones that require expanded memory though, no chance
<edit>just checked and the mem command still works in xp! and i have 612K largest exec... not bad</edit>
