it's a lung condition caused by irritation from

ultra-microscopic particles. either miners or asbestos workers can get it I think.

my girlfriend has a PhD in the study of that (and although miners and asbestos workers get silicosis, pneumonoultramicroscopicosilicoVOLCANOconiosis is silicosis resulting from exposure to volcanic ash).
