... am I breaking the law when I eat 'Rich Tea' biscuits? If so, can you suggest a more legal substitute?

"Morning Coffee" would suffice, or are you a complete "no hot drinks" loon? In that case "Marie" biscuits provide the same simple pleasure without the associated hot beverage obligation.
