It's Dun-ARCLH-str ap PE-tr i TAL o DE HOONT ear CLAWTH.
Or thereabouts. in the first bit, ARCLH, the CLH bit is made by the phlegm in the back of your throat - try putting your tongue in the position to sound the letter L, then widen it a bit to touch your side teeth. The letter R in Welsh is always rolled on the tongue, whilst HOONT is pronounced quickly. More a sort of HONT sound, but with the W pronounced as a chimp-like noise. DD in Welsh is like the English TH, but softer.
