thankyoowe usually use image ready, but its not great, might be better to do it in flash and export it to gifdom

my image ready pisses me offi dunno how to use the animation. whenever i start altering one frame, it alters all the ones before. so i try doing it through layers, but it just selects whatever layer i'm using as every frame in the animation! it's a viscious bloody circle.

yeah thats why its a bit cackyou can select 'match frames across animation' to put them all in the same place, but if you want to rotate anything or scale it you cant cos itll change all of them, you have to duplicate the layer and change that.
